The wine went into bottle without a hitch now I just hope it behaves its self and doesn't go into too deep of a bottle shock. As the tank empties whether it's racking or blending the nose really becomes concentrated. This year it's loads of tropical fruit such as pinapple, mango and banana. Can't wait for the first 90 degree day.
