this is a highly aromatic white. Golden colored, it emits scents of Asian pears, peaches, apricots, lilac, honeysuckle, sandalwood and flint. The stone fruit flavors are well extracted, with tones of grape skin, melon rind and a hint of beeswax, followed by a lingering minerally finish.

A Rotiesian exclusive! Believe it or not, some of our most expensive fruit did not fit with the Northern Blend. In this case, the renowned Pepper Bridge Syrah got lost in blending trials. So we blended it with a barrel of Mourvedre from Horse Heaven Hills. We love this combination.
