A Rotiesian exclusive! Believe it or not, some of our most expensive fruit did not fit with the Northern Blend. In this case, the renowned Pepper Bridge Syrah got lost in blending trials. So we blended it with a barrel of Mourvedre from Horse Heaven Hills. We love this combination.
A Rotiesian exclusive! Believe it or not, some of our most expensive fruit did not fit with the Northern Blend. In this case, the renowned Pepper Bridge Syrah got lost in blending trials. So instead of trying to force the fit we stopped and made a predominantly PB Syrah then blended it with a barrel of Mourvedre from Horse Heaven Hills. We love this combination. Expect more Mourvedre blends!
