The Viognier is fermented in neutral French Oak, while the Marsanne and Roussane are all stainless steel fermentation. Malic fermentation was stopped completely, making this wine crisp. The Roussanne and Marsanne were grown in the Los Oidos Vineyard, while the Viognier was sourced from both the Rortie Rocks Estate Vineyard in The Rocks District and Dwelly Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley.
