Southern White

WINEMAKING NOTES

The Viognier is fermented in neutral French Oak, while the Marsanne and Roussane are all stainless steel fermentation. Malic fermentation was stopped completely, making this wine crisp. The Roussanne and Marsanne were grown in the Los Oidos Vineyard, while the Viognier was sourced from both the Rotie Rocks Estate Vineyard and Dwelly Vineyard in Walla Walla Valley.

TASTING NOTES

A melange of honeysuckle, pear, lemon, and a little bit of nectarine. The flavors are vibrant and crisp. Pairs perfectly with Dungeness crab or sunshine in your backyard.
